The Empowered Wellness Project (TEWP) is about education, creativity, connection, community, and care.We exist to:
Increase access to wellness services
Create sustainable, paid opportunities for facilitators
Normalize community barter and energetic exchange
Support healing through movement, expression, and practical knowledge
Reclaim the value of lived experience, creativity, and nervous system care
This is not just about massage or traditional wellness.
This is about living resourcefully, creatively, and together.

Such as slow movement, chair yoga, and somatic resets.Empowered EssentialsReal-life resourcefulness: gardening, foraging, upcycling, tool use, food security, and practical day-to-day sustainability.Empowered CommunityMutual aid, barter systems, peer skill-shares, sliding scale events, and donation-based care.Empowered CareMassage therapy, energy work, grief and transition support, parental support, doula services, and trauma-informed presence. This branch holds the heart of hands-on, body-based care and the quiet, sacred moments that surround birth, loss, identity shifts, and healing.
